Because we bake to order, unfortunately, no.  We recommend placing your order as soon as you can to ensure that we can reserve time for your order on our calendar. We need a week notice for  Classic Treat cookie orders and at least 10 days for custom decorated sugar cookie orders due to the time it takes to process orders which includes dough preparation, baking, decorating, drying time and packaging. However, if you find yourself in need of an emergency cookie order (less than the stated time above), email us and if there is an opening on the calendar, we may be able to accommodate you for a rush fee dependent on the type and size of the order. 

All cookies are packaged in individually heat sealed bags for freshness and cleanliness. In the heat sealed bag, the cookie will retain maximum freshness for up to 10 days at room temperature. An ingredient label is affixed to each cookie. They are then packed in a bakery box. If requested for an additional fee, the sealed and labeled cookie can be placed in a clear plastic bag with a decorative ribbon.  

As a Texas Cottage Bakery, we can ship cookies within the State of Texas only if the purchaser is local to San Antonio. Packing and shipping cost depends on the size and destination of the order with a minimum packing and shipping fee of $25. We can also pack cookies for shipment as long as they are picked up locally. Minimum packing fee is $15 and may increase depending on the size of the order.

Absolutely! Keep them in their heat sealed bags and place them in an airtight container or freezer bag. They’ll stay fresh for up to six months. They’re just as tasty frozen as they are at room temperature. There might be a slight discoloration of the icing colors if the cookie is thawed in the heat healed bag but the taste is unaffected. 

Any of our cookies can be made with King Arthur Gluten Free flour for an additional charge of $6/dozen. Although much care is taken when making cookies with GF flour (all wheat flour stored, all utensils and sheet trays washed, countertops thoroughly washed), all cookies are prepared in the same kitchen.
