Laura Celis has fond memories of baking unsupervised as young as eight years old. She has always baked; through tough times, happy times, sunny days, rainy days; baking is what she does and loves. She continued baking through college at Kennesaw State University and Northwestern University where she earned her Bachelor and Master’s degrees in chemistry respectfully. With the kitchen as her lab, she still loves chemistry, adjusting one variable at a time to create the best possible product. From her time in the kitchen, in school and in life, Laura knows that chemistry is everywhere and she has cookies down to a science!
