Arcadia Cookie Co is registered as a bakery under the Texas Cottage Law in 2018 by owner and baker, Laura Celis, but we’ve been creating delicious baked goods using real ingredients for decades. We bake custom cookies to order and all of our cookies are meant to be enjoyed immediately, so we don’t have use for preservatives or additives.
